Log Message:
Disabled the relative links for the CSS file and the icon image
and added the style elements again, temprorarily. When mirror
maintainers had enough time to update their mirror scripts we will
reverse this change.

Updated command line arguments for wget, the same as in
Documentation/mirrors.xml.
