Log Message:
Fix potentially misleading note about CCD configuration in section 14.4.

Using character device files to specify components will fail because the
CCD driver expects block devices.

Perhaps the intention of the note was to say "use the character device
of the virtual disk when making a new filesystem".  That would be
consistent with the steps in section 14.6.
