Log Message:
* Modify the HOWTO to walk the user through setting up a bridged network
  instead of a routed network.  This is simpler to set up initially for
  people who want to get their feet wet with running Xen.

* Improve the documentation in the comments of the example domain config
  file, and also show how to specify a file-backed domain.

* Update the example vif-bridge script to match the one from
  xentools20-2.0.7nb5.
