Add beginnings of a "The NetBSD Foundation: Media and Press Information"
webpage.

This webpage is incomplete -- nothing links to it yet.

It contains links to past press releases.

And will contain some quick facts.

The plan is to include the URL when submitting press releases
to journalists so they can get quick facts and know who to contact.
