Log Message:
Added a new chapter entitled as "Obtaining the sources". This chapter
currently has 5 main sections dedicated to explain the steps to retrive
the NetBSD sources using a number of different ways, making chap-cvs
obsolete.

The chapter contents are, currently, mainly related to fetching the NetBSD and
pkgsrc sources by CVS and by downloading tarballs. There is another section
in the end explaining how to use a Source CD (sourcecd.iso).
Some information was brought from chap-cvs.

It would be good to add a SUP section too.

Thanks a lot to Hubert Feyrer for taking the time to review this even
when he was completly busy!
