Log Message:
Rewrote the parser for pkgsrc/doc/CHANGES lines. Now the only actions
allowed are "Updated <pkg> to <version>", "Renamed <pkg> to <pkg>",
"Removed <pkg>[ <version>]", and "Added <pkg>-<version>". This fixes the
warning about the teTeX package, for which the PKGNAME differs from the
directory the package lives in. Reviewed and citicized heavily by bad.
