Sync with en (rev. 1.6) version:
- Use explicit id's in all sections, so that subsequent regen's don't
  create random IDs.
- add iteide (w/out manref for now, since the man page was only just
  added to -current).
- Add entry for SysKonnect 98xx cards to XML file as well.
