Update for NetBSD 2.0:
 * update kernel size before and after tweaking the kernel.
   NetBSD 1.5: before 4.7MB, after 1.9MB
   NetBSD 2.0: before 7.5MB, after 3.5MB.
   We need a <bloat> tag...
 * Remove a comment block of italian text - no parle italiano
 * Make it clear that the procedure is outlined first, and that two
   ways of realizing are then given, doing it manually or with build.sh
 * Add a list of kernel config files - nice for offline reading
 * pccons is dead, no need to compile the keymap into the kernel
   any more
 * Use non-root prompts where possible
 * Add section on how to build the kernel with build.sh

Todo: merge this with chap-build.xml?
