 * Update copyright to 2004
 * mention that /etc/rc.conf can be used instead of a number of files
   in /etc
 * note that /etc/resolv.conf will be overwritten by dhclient
 * note that DHCP may be an easy option to get started, if available
 * give a bit more information on NIS
 * fix syntax of bind config (do we really keep this at all?)
 * Completely throw out paragraph on isdn4bsd and link to our ISDN docs
 * Link to GPRS/CDPD and DSL/PPPoE docs as well
 * Add some manpage links for IPfilter
 * BIND 8 isn't all that new, throw out paragraph on how to upgrade
   from NetBSD 1.4
 * Add heading on paragraph describing authentication for Win2k
