re-vamp:

- market pkgsrc a whole lot more, add a real intro, a bunch of reasons
  why people should use it, rave about portability and binary kits
  some more.
- organise groups of links more logically:
  - "available packages"
  - "documentation"
  - "other" to the bottom
- improve wording in various places.
- html fixes.
- use our css.
- NetBSD.ORG -> NetBSD.org.

pretty much the rest of this page can be removed once the pkgsrc
document is "released" to the world.
