Synch with english:
- "Supported hardware" (Ports/) link -> "Supported platforms"
- add a link to Hardware/, "Supported devices"

Translators:  I left the second link as ``supported hardware'', please change
the ``hardware'' to ``devices'' in your language if appropriate.
