Log Message:
Updated the DESCRIPTION and KEYWORDS meta tags in the <head> part.

Changed  links to Romanian, Russian and Taiwanese mirrors to www.ro,
www.ru and www.tw, respectively

Added www.cz.netbsd.org where necessary, so translators have to check
for a proper translation of country names.
