Add some major changes between 1.5 and 1.6:

o Linux binary emulation improvements.
o IPFilter and IPv6 filtering.
o PPPoE support.
o LFS version 2.
o NTFS version 5.
o chroot heirarchy.
o sysctl improvements.
o hardware device driver additions.
o third party software updates.

Also add comment on XF4.2/i386.
