While looking at the Consultants for Hire page I noticed that when a row
label breaks to two lines and there is only one line of text (e.g "NetBSD
CVS access" vs. "Yes" sometimes) that the text is centered.  We have code to
make sure that that doesn't happen in the opposite situation so I thought
that I would do the same for the text for consistency.

Possibly we should have a nowrap on the row label but I was less sure
that that would be TRT in all cases.
