Major update:
Add algor, amigappc, cats, cesfic, dnard, netwinder, sandpoint, sun2.
Rename arm32 architecture class to arm32c in contrast to the arm32 port.
Sort port list.
Note 1.5V0519 snapshot for mvme68k.
Note that next68k is ELF.
XXX: Infos for new ports are most probably wrong -- portmasters should fill
in correct infos.
