Log Message:
Oh me oh my.  Changes to most port pages:

 1. HTML Compliancy - Yay.
 2. Better for text browsers
 3. Re-org directory if it hasn't been already
 4. Move directory to the right
 5. Make it 'flow' better w.r.t. the rest of the site
 6. Easier to maintain - Yay!

OK, all of this can be temporary for as far as I care.. it's mostly just
to do something until I can get back to it at a later point (I just
really wanted all six of those things up above done).
