Log Message:
Added links to some more recently supported platforms' netboot FAQs,
which haven't been integrated into the Diskless HOW-TO

Updated the macppc section (remove references to ELF bootloader to simplify
things, more info on Open Firmware syntax).

Added new info to the linux bootparams and rarpd sections based on user comments

Added more info on how FreeBSD deals with NFS based on user comments

Some more FreeBSD info on mopd and bootpd
