MACHINE_ARCH shows binary compatibility and MACHINE_CPU
(which is not appeared yet in tree) will be used to show
source compatibility.

Ultrix rc5des client works on pmax and hpcmips,
but not on newsmips nor sgimips.

(In evbsh3 case, we need to re-think, though..)
