Log Message:
My mistake on the commit of programming.list.  I hadn't checked in either
because of some conflicts in the html file.  They are fixed now so here
is the second file.

Can't we set things up so that the list files are the only thing checked in?
Since the html files are objects we should generate them on www, not commit
them.  That seems like checking in .o files.
