Add pointers to the contrib/howto.html entry on people who'll donate shell
accounts on their machines for NetBSD development.

Also, add in a pointer to the mailing lists page and the archives in the
Support section of the gallery front page.

Also, get rid of the double flagged header.  I hated that.  Looked like
a train wreck for people with large browser windows. :)
