Hi all,

I dug this topic up again after seeing another user on Reddit [1] run into
the lack of X support for virtio-gpu.

I just cleaned up my diffs from last year and tested them with both viogpu
(aarch64 GENERIC64 + virtio-gpu) and udl (a USB DisplayLink VGA adapter on x86).
Both appear to be working well.
