Building and installing via "./build.sh" doesn't touch "/etc" by purpose
to avoid clobbering local configuration. The files will however get
installed on an installation from scratch via the installation media.

The following command will install the configuration files manually:

cd src/x11/lib/fontconfig/etc
make configinstall
