Is there any reason why pmax and alpha don't use the
XdecNetBSD server instead of Xpmax and Xalpha (respectively)?

I'd like to extend XdecNetBSD to support the VAX mono
framebuffer which acts the PM_MONO.  Once NetBSD/vax supports
the TC adapter for the VS4000, we can support other TC FB cards.
