I finally compiled XFree86 on my sparcstation5,
It works fine.

There is a compilation error

(the fbio.h file is not in /usr/include/machine/fbio.h, but in /usr/include/dev/sun/fbio.h)

Does somenoe not how to setup Xinemara on Xsun as it won't look for a XConfig file ???
