Hi,
Did you try an Xserver from 4.1.99 ( cvs sources from
cvs@anoncvs.xfree86.org) ? I have a sony laptop GR290 with an usupported
card ati-radeon chip, works with drivers in 4.1.99 not with anything
before.
Just a thought.
