Hi all,

I apologize as this is partially OT. I've installed a netbsd 1.5 box,
running the default X11 manager (xdm).
I'm trying to switch to gnome, so I downloaded the pkgs and everything
related to them, to satisfy dependencies, installed all without errors.
My box still executes xdm, so what should I do to start gdm instead of
xdm ?
If I stop xdm and run manually gdm, it seems to fire it up.
Unfortunatelly
no login prompt appears, although gdmlogin appears to be running, just
a green background and nothing else.

Thanks in advance.
Franco.
