This is a reminder that the feature freeze for 4.1.0 is 1 April 2001.
If you have something new that you want to see included in 4.1.0, it
needs to be submitted no later than that date.  If you think you'll have
a problem meeting that deadline, please contact me directoy about it
as soon as possible.

The planned release date for 4.1.0 is 15 May.  That gives us about six
weeks for testing and stabilisation after the feature freeze.
