Nobody caught that obvious buffer overflow before you started asking
here...

I have found and fixed a number of memory corruption bugs in Linux
smartcard and PKCS11 software that evidently didn't alarm anyone over
on that side of the fence enough to bother to fix them.  So I would
not be so sure of the quality of the software in question if I were
you.
