I don't care which text book, university, or famous mathematician has
the smallest prime (2, 1, 0, or -infinity).  I think that we should try
to print results that are useful and unsurprising.

I think that it would be fine to print "1: 1\n" and "0: 0\n", and it
would be fine to report an error for inputs less then 2, and it would be
fine to print "-5: -1 5\n" (supported in each case by an explanation in
the man page), but it would be surprising to print "1:\n" and "0:\n".
