I don't see much benefit here and it's easier for me to do

        ${TOOLDIR}/nbhp700-mkboot cdboot cdboot.lif

        ${TOOLDIR}/nbmakefs -t cd9660 -o generic-bootimage=cdboot.lif

as I've already done "generic-bootimage" than add LIF stuff to installboot. :)
