I don't see why that makes it wrong.  While I think it's wrong for
devices with existence/meaning for only a few ports to be there, by the
time something exists or is likely to exist on oh, say, maybe half the
ports, I think it's perfectly reasonable for it to go in.

hp300?  playstation2?  pdp10??  Probably a few of the less-known ports
don't do SCSI....luna68k, zaurus, cesfic, acorn26, mvme68k, pc532, to
name just a few that I know nothing about and without investigating
wouldn't even know when I saw hardware for.
