You can use something like BUILDLINK_TRANSFORM+= l:resolv:
in /etc/mk.conf I think. This is not appropiate for general pkgsrc use
though, as on some platforms the libc resolver is not fully thread-safe
in contrast to e.g. BIND versions (libresolv).
