huh, what's the point in reinventing the wheel?  that functionality is
already in rc.d framework, someone at FreeBSD probably needs to re-read it
as a homework.

just add a directory of your choice, e.g. "/etc/local/rc.d/*" if you prefer,
to rc_rcorder_flags variable in rc.conf and be done with it.
