Hi,

We have secure_path() in libutil. The only user of this routine
in the NetBSD tree is the getbootfile() routine, also in libutil.

secure_path() dumps any error along the way to syslog. That is
not a good idea if you want just to know if you have a secure
path, without polluting syslog.

I'd like to remove the syslog() calls from secure_path().

Anyone objects?
