You haven't - if you have a sane mail reader that copies the original
message into your initial editor buffer.

Well, let me argue that procedures that encourage users to click onto
links received by E-mail encourage users to give away information or
spread viruses etc, because doing a single click is so easy that it
might be done before thinking has started.
