Hi
In www@ we've been discussing how a user can see what mirrors are up.
Simas and I talked about having a shell script under /usr/sbin a-la
'download-vulnerability-list' that fetches a list of mirrors to the local
machine. We could, for example, use that list for randomly picking a cvs,
ftp, cvsup, etc, server using, maybe another shell script.

Also, it was suggested by Simas that we could add a daily script (I prefer
a monthly one) to fetch the list of mirrors. This should be off by default,
anyway.

Comments, suggestions?
