You will need to reconsider the licensing used for your code if it should
be widely accepted by any *BSD project. The licensing is incompatible with
the goals of the BSD projects.

Also, to let you know, there have been at least a few NetBSD developers
who have coded from scratch SSH implementations. And I believe a new
from-scratch SSH implementation is being done now.

I am especially pleased that you are thoroughly documenting your API.
