Um, no.  It was discussed inconclusively six months ago.  The link to 
the thread in the archives has already been posted in this thread, and 
most of us have gone back and re-read the thread to make sure our 
memories of its inconclusiveness hold.

That said, we all seem to be doing a better job of reaching a conclusion 
this time.  I'm certainly content at this point.
