The altq headers come from KAME, and I believe they've already
declared their intention to de-__P their own headers (and willingness
to manage the merge difficulty in the interim). I'm not sure about
the Kerberos headers, but those again come from software maintained
by a NetBSD developer so it should be pretty easy to find out (in
fact, aren't they installed from a "dist" directory?).
