Well, I didn't write the first revision but it's total abandonware.
I expect no updates.  Ever.

From my cursory examination it will involve a lot of re-writing.

It seems conceivable that someone might want /usr to be a TCFS file system;
should the userland tools go in /usr/src/bin or /usr/src/usr.bin, or the
sbin variants?  What's the criteria involved in this decision?
