	if you
	- run named on your machine
	- configure "nameserver 0.0.0.0" into /etc/resolv.conf
	- generate "forwarders x.x.x.x" named.conf on name server change
	you can easily solve the problem.
	in fact, AFAIK the BIND developers' intention at the start was to run
	named on every machine.
