RelCache used to work fine for all programs I tested until binutils
were upgraded to 2.14. For Prelink, it was quite complicated and slower
than RelCache (in theory), I didn't feel the need to port it to NetBSD. :-)

Obviously, there's still much room for improvements. If you're interested,
I'll provide you with code and patches for -current.
