Normal procedure is to:

1. add to /etc/mk.conf

TOOLDIR= /your/tool/dir

2.

./build.sh -T /your/tool/dir -t

3. make somewhere in the tree

If you _really_ want to avoid using the separately built
toolchain (bad idea), add:

USETOOLS=	no

to your /etc/mk.conf instead.

If you want to build /sbin/ and /bin/ dynamic, comment
out LDSTATIC= -static in src/sbin/Makefile.inc and/or
src/bin/Makefile.inc
