Hi again,

after reading all your comments, I've redone the config patch to use
mmap(2) as suggested, to avoid seeking forward and backwards in the
file.  I've left the patch in:

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/jmmv/config.diff

Please review it and tell me what you think... (it also includes a minor
fix in the usage message, to match the manpage).

And a question: should all this stuff be surrounded by MAKE_BOOTSTRAP?
