Why bzip2(1), bzip2recover(1), gzip(1), ldd(1), and tar(1) are statically
linked? Is there any reason for it?
I suppose that there are good reasons for kdump(1), ktrace(1), and
ktruss(1) to be statically linked, but, why those file-management
tools are statically linked?
