We ship cvs, and we ship sources that have CVS-dirs. I wonder if we should
set CVS_RSH so users don't have to do this?

Affected files would be src/etc/skel/dot.cshrc and dot.profile.

And while we're here, I think there should be a dot.shrc similar to the
root/dot.shrc, but probably without the hup() function.
