A new one is available at the same location as:

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/junyoung/en_US.UTF-8.src

It covers the whole Unicode range from U+0000 to U+FFFF, so it can be
used not only for en_US, but also for many other locales like ja_JP,
ko_KR, etc.

To locale experts, is it okay to commit it? A comment from Thomas
Klausner: "(it) looks much better than what we have."
