Hi,

Hye-Shik Chang <perky@freebsd.org> sent me an UTF-8 locale definition
file which is replacement to the current en_US.UTF-8.src in
share/locale/ctype. I have made it available at:

	ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/junyoung

Any comments would be appreciated,
