/usr/bin/vmstat installs its man page as vmstat(8) in man/man8 -- why?
It's not living in sbin, and it's not super-user-only either.

Any reasons not to rename its man page to vmstat.1 and move it to
man/man1 (and of course fixing all xrefs in the process)?
