I just finished the import of groff-1.16.1 into -current.

Two final comments:

I killed psroff. For those who suspect they will miss it, please
create your own now:
	#! /bin/sh -
	exec groff -Tps -l -C ${1+"$@"}

I didn't install the tmac.m* for tmac.*, since I don't see the point.
